Your First Visit
On your first visit you will be welcomed into our office by our friendly staff. Please take time to complete the Patient Intake Form prior to your visit, or you may complete the form upon your arrival.
Consultation and Exam
During the consultation you will meet with one of the doctors to discuss your condition and concerns. This is a time for the doctor to learn as much about you, your health, any history of injury or trauma, and what your goals of care are so we can make the best decisions about how to proceed. During the exam the doctor will complete your physical evaluation, discuss areas of discomfort or pain, perform the appropriate orthopedic and neurological tests and review your medical history. Following the exam we will recommend the necessary diagnostic testing to further evaluate your spine and nervous system. This may include X-Rays, and/or SEMG and Thermal scans of the spine.
Diagnostic Testing
If diagnostic testing is needed, the doctor will discuss all of your options for obtaining these tests and find the option that is best for you. Most diagnostic testing, such as X-Rays and Spinal Scans are easily performed in our office on your first visit. The doctors utilize the information gathered from these tests to determine the cause of your pain, discomfort, or other underlying conditions. Because every patient is different, these diagnostic tests give us valuable information that will help in determining the right course of care specifically for you.
Report of Findings
During your second visit, you will receive your Report of Findings. This visit will primarily cover four things:
  • What is the cause of your problem?
  • Can Chiropractic help you?
  • How long will it take to correct your problems?
  • What are the costs and will care be affordable?
The doctor will discuss all of the findings from your exam and all diagnostic tests. This information will be explained so that you can easily understand it and we will be sure to answer all of your questions and concerns as well. If we feel chiropractic care can help you, recommendations will be made for a treatment plan that is tailored specifically for your condition for your relief, corrective and wellness goals. All of our treatment plans are designed to help you achieve optimal short and long term results as quickly as possible, and with the least amount of expense.
